Working Principle

The SED-300RZ vacuum emulsifying machine employs dual stirring mechanisms. Center blades and side scrapers work simultaneously, with scrapers preventing material buildup on pot walls. Materials undergo continuous crushing, pressing, and folding during the mixing process, followed by high-shear homogenization that reduces particle size to 200μm-2μm.
