Operating Principle
Powder materials enter the mixing vessel through the dispensing system. The mixing paddle rotates and pushes materials, creating fluidization for thorough mixing. Adhesive is injected via pressure spray gun to transform dry powders into wet materials. The combined action of mixing paddle and high-speed cutter produces uniform wet granules.
Functional Features
This equipment handles size reduction and milling of both dry and wet granules. Materials flow through the top inlet hopper into the granulating chamber. The granulating operation applies continuous shearing force to press materials through sieve screens, forming consistent granules that discharge through the bottom port.
