Working Principle
Capsule Movement
The intermittent capsule filling process uses an indexing box for controlled rotation. Capsules move from the hopper through guide grooves, where horizontal forks and vertical plugs position them with capsule cap upward and body downward in modules for separation and powder filling.
Drug Filling
Sensors in the powder holding ring control screw feeding rods to maintain consistent powder height. The metering disc hole volume determines filling quantity, with drug columns pushed into capsule bodies before proceeding through rejection, locking, discharge, and cleaning stations.
