SED-3200J-C Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical industries to fill empty hard gelatin capsule of various sizes with powders and pellets (optional). The capsule filler automatically orientates, opens the empty hard gelatin capsule, properly fills the capsule with powder, and automatically closes the capsules.

Precautions for Use
1. The automatic capsule filling machine is a vibrating machine. The tightening of the screws in each part should be checked frequently. If there is any looseness, it should be timely.
Tighten to prevent malfunction and damage;
2. Plexiglass parts (workbench, medicine board) should avoid direct sunlight and near high temperature, and heavy objects should not be placed on the shelf.
It must be placed vertically or horizontally to avoid deformation and damage;
3. The shell and body of the automatic capsule filling machine must be grounded to ensure safety, and the power supply is cut off after work;
4. After the automatic capsule filling machine is finished every day, the residual medicine on the machine and in the mold hole should be cleaned to keep the whole machine clean and Hygienic, avoid washing the host with water. If the mold on the
machine needs to be cleaned, the fixing screw can be loosened, and it can be taken down, which is easy to install.
