The capsule filler automatically orientates, opens the empty hard gelatin capsule, properly fills the capsule with powder, and automatically closes the capsules.

1.This equipment is a kind of automatic hard capsule filling equipment with intermittent action and orifice plate filling. The filling and rotating parts are fully enclosed, and the upper mold base has a beautiful appearance design without dead ends, which is convenient and easy to clean.
2.The upper and lower modules operate in one direction, and the imported double-lip polyurethane sealing ring has good sealing performance.
3.The combination of air blowing and air suction at the module cleaning station ensures that there is no dust in the die hole during high-speed operation.
4.The locking station is equipped with a powder suction device.
5.The finished product output station is equipped with a capsule blocking ring, no flying dust.
6.The material of the dosage disc is made of copper, which increases wear resistance and is not easy to deform.
