The soft capsule machine operates through a precision engineering process where rubber material from side-mounted rubber wheel boxes enters the gap between rolling molds. Medicine is injected into the wedge-shaped spray body via conduit by the feeding pump. Under pump pressure, both medicine and rubber are pressed into the rolling mold grooves. Continuous mold rotation forms two semi-defined shapes that encapsulate the medicine within the rubber film, with excess rubber being cut off and separated into a mesh structure.
