Working Principle
The soft gelatin encapsulation production line operates through a sophisticated mechanical process where prepared rubber from side-mounted rubber wheel boxes enters the gap between rolling molds. Medicinal material is injected into the wedge-shaped spray body via conduit by the feeding pump. Under pump pressure, both medicine and rubber are pressed into the grooves of the dual rolling molds. Continuous rotation of the molds forms two semi-defined shapes that encapsulate the medicine within the rubber film, with excess rubber being cut off and separated into a mesh structure.
