Product Description of Tablet Compression Machine

Fully automatic high-speed rotary tablet press is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry tablet production. The working mode is to press various granular raw materials into tablets twice through a pair of pre-pressing wheels and a pair of main pressing wheels.

The equipment adopts fully enclosed pressing chamber, which can complete five pressing processes: filling, metering, pre-pressing, main pressing and discharging. The operation of the tablet press is completely controlled by the touch screen on the electronic control cabinet.

Functions

• Feeding: The filling guide rail pulls the lower punching rod down to achieve the maximum filling of the material in the medium die hole, and the feeding motor adopts frequency conversion adjustment.
• Dosing: The dosing cam pushes the lower punching rod upwards to fill the die hole with the same amount of material.
• Dosing protection cam: In the process of pushing the downward thrust of the dosing cam prevent the upward and downward runout of the downshoot from affecting the measurement accuracy.
• Pre-pressing: The upper and lower pre-pressure wheels pre-press the powder, mainly to play the role of exhaust preforming.
• Main pressure: the main pressure wheel will finally press the powder into molding, 310mm diameter main pressure wheel design, pre-pressure main pressure wheel diameter is the same structure, can be temporarily replaced and used, long molding time.
• Tablets discharging: After the tablet is formed, the downward rush goes up along the exit rail, the tablet is jacked out, and the tablet is guided by the main body to scrape into the finished product channel.

Note: If it is a waste product, the tablets are introduced into the waste channel by the rejection baffle (batch rejection) or blown into the waste channel by compressed air (single piece rejection).
