Structure Features:
1. The structure applies to a single face integrated mechanical seal with shaft sleeve clamping and fixing on the shaft, preventing interference in the course of installation.
2. The flushing water does not enter the pump and it does not affect the process medium.
Directions:
1. When installing, inner hole of the shaft sleeve and O-ring should be applied with lubricant so that it can be installed smoothly.(Attention: EPR is not recommended to use lubrication oil of petroleum type )
2. After the mechanical seal installation is confirmed to be ok, the rubber O-ring 1 and the snap ring 2 shall be taken off before the machine being started.
