Product Overview
The sleeve type drain valve is engineered for drill stem testing operations to efficiently drain volume fluid and release pressure upon completion of string testing. This critical downhole tool ensures safe and controlled fluid management in oil well operations.
Operation Principle
Before deployment, the drain valve ports are securely sealed with dual O-ring sets. During downhole operation, the sliding sleeve and rotating nut remain locked by two screws to maintain integrity. After testing completion, the drain collar activates, rotating the nut to align sleeve ports with body ports, enabling controlled fluid drainage.
