Operation Principle
The circulating valve operates through a precise mechanical sequence: lift the top coupling, rotate mandrel 90° right, pull down 170mm to lock-closed position. To reopen, lift mandrel, rotate 90° right, move forward, then rotate left 90° to lock-open position. Critical attention must be paid to prevent string unscrewing during left rotation.

Pressure Testing Protocol
• Gradually increase pressure during testing: hold at 20MPa for one minute, then maintain each 10MPa increment for one minute until reaching rated pressure
• Always place tools in test pit with protective board covering pressure test plug
• Maintain safe distance from plugs and joints throughout testing process
• Establish isolation barriers in test area; restrict access to authorized personnel only
• If personnel must enter test area, ensure proper isolation to prevent equipment ejection
