Description
This coated ivory board paper making making machine is high configuration machine. All parts in this machine adopts high level and famous brand. Such as Xian Weiya headbox, Siemens Motor, Guomao Reducer, Wuxi vacuum rolls etc.

| 1. Headbox: equip with the required control system. |
| 2. Dewatering element: FRP base panel inlaid with all ceramics (99%Al2O3), hardness HRa ≥ 79, bending strength ≥ 400 MPA,(to be confirm by buyer) this machine ceramic panel adopts Fujian xingguang products. Box body requirements: 304 stainless steel welding and heat treatment to prevent deforming. |

3. Rolls cover rubber requirements: Jumbo press roll, sizing machine roll adopts Deqin’s rubber , other rolls adopt Zhongtian’s rubber. The rubber life is according to the warranty period of the rubber cover factory, and attached with the quality assurance regulations of the rubber factory.

Quality warranty:
Quality assurance time for all mechanical equipment of this machine: 12 months after normal operation. Bearing and rubber rolls quality assurance time: 6 months after normal operation. During the quality assurance time, any equipment quality accidents caused by non-operational errors shall be the responsibility of the supplier.
