Description
This two sides coating paper making machine is high configuration machine. It's specially design and produced to make high level coating paper.
Wire section of this coating paper making machine adopts 4ply wire and top former. Here are briefly describe the top former:
Top former adopts pneumatic air bag guider with displacement of 60-80 mm. The guider is mainly composed of:
1. support seat
2. base
3. cover
4. bracket
5. air bag
When the wire (or blanket) runs off, the wire (blanket) erases the signal baffle, the baffle pushes the pull rod to act on the directional valve, the directional valve increase (or reduce) pressureto the air bag to push or pull the bracket move. And the guide roll also moves to the left and right, thus playing the role of correcting the wire. Baffle plate is 304 stainless steel AND ceramic.

Quality warranty:
Quality assurance time for all mechanical equipment of this machine: 12 months after normal operation. Bearing and rubber rolls quality assurance time: 6 months after normal operation. During the quality assurance time, any equipment quality accidents caused by non-operational errors shall be the responsibility of the supplier.
