- The motor must be filled with water before operation
- Thoroughly read all instructions before installation and use
- Ensure adequate water flow rate on motor surface; install deflector if necessary
- Electric pump must be reliably grounded for non-well applications
- Pump must fully submerge in water with minimum 2m clearance above inlet
- For ground testing, fill pump cavity with water or lubricating fluid to prevent bearing damage
