KCF positioning pins are mainly divided into two types: one is round and the other is pointed. Generally speaking, if manual placement is used, most of these round-head positioning pins are used; but if it is used by a feeder, pointed positioning pins are generally used, which not only has high stability, but also At the same time, the effect it brings is also better.
 

Silicon Nitride Pins 

Silicon nitride positioning pins are made of superhard silicon nitride ceramic material. Its advantages are: wear resistance, high hardness, good insulation, non-stick welding slag, etc. The positioning pin is suitable for spot welding (projection welding machine), because if the insulating silicon nitride positioning pin is not used during welding, unnecessary current will pass through, causing sparks between the positioning pin and the workpiece , causing the positioning pin to be unable to be positioned due to wear, resulting in a decline in the quality and pass rate of the workpiece.

Ceramic Pins 

There are two types of ceramic positioning pins, namely alumina ceramic positioning pins and zirconia ceramic positioning pins. Alumina ceramic positioning pins have the advantages of high hardness, good wear resistance, and light weight; while zirconia ceramic positioning pins have the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic properties.
