1. Description

KCF is a special chromium-iron alloy, which is characterized by good hardness, strength and toughness, and after a special heat treatment process, it has the characteristics of low-voltage insulation on the surface. When welding nuts or bolts, insulation protection is required for the threaded part. Prevent burning of screw teeth due to shunting; because KCF is used as a bar molding material, processing is more convenient and the cycle will be shorter; therefore, it is ideal to use KCF material as a positioning core.
