Applications

Why it is not suggested to buy 2 or 3 pcs customized screw elements?

First, we should make raw materials like this, the inner diameter should be based on the

screw elments sizes. so the raw materials for each sizes should different. We need to make

raw material specially for you. Also 2-3pcs are not not enough to put into one furnace. The

manufacturing cost will be expensive.

The raw materials is bimetallic, inner is soft and outside is hard. The materials chemical was

made based on different condition to make the out metal has anti-wear and anti-corrosion

charactors.

Machining the inner spline based on your drawing. We need to prepare special fixing tools

and cutting tool and so on. Different parts have different spline sizes.

Machine the outside of the screw elments based on the drawings. The fixting tools, the

machining tools should also be booked specially. There is no uniform size, we must prepare

machining tools special for each model.
