KCF Insulating Material for Automotive Manufacturing
KCF is a specialized metal alloy that undergoes a special heat treatment process at 1220°C, forming a high-quality insulation layer 8-15μm thick on the surface. This material can be processed into pins, tubes, and various custom shapes, primarily used for high-temperature insulation protection in automotive applications such as bolt and nut welding operations.
Material Properties & Capabilities
We supply KCF alloy rods with diameters ranging from 8-85mm and lengths of approximately 1 meter or longer. Our specialized treatment creates approximately 3 oxidation layers that, when observed under an electron microscope at 10,000x magnification, reveal a uniform microstructure with tightly bonded layers. This structure provides superior anti-resistance and insulation performance.
