 KCF Ceramic Guide Pin Or Centering Pin For Resistance Welding

 

Bloom KCF is a kind of insulated welding guide pins made from KCF-special alloy material.It has a special insulated surface and this insulated is a film growing from alloy bade inside,not an external insulation coating.KCF guide pins(location pins) had been being used for locating threaded or non-threaded nuts to eliminate arcing or powerful electric current threaded damage,protecting screw thread during the resistance welding process.

 

We can offer KCF alloy rods with diameter of 9 to 85mm,and length is about 1m or longer.Aafter our special treatment,there are about 3 ocidation layers created,and when observing under electric microscope 10000 times,you can see its uniform microstructure and the layers are so closely to each other.Which offer better performance for anti-resistance and insulativity.We also can manufacture many sizes of guide pins and guilde sleeves for our customers.We also can make based on the customer's requirements.

 

Used as projection welding(spot welding),KCF pins can completely avoid the passage of unnecessary current,avoid sparks between

the pins and the workpiece,and the high wear resistacne feature allows the workpiece to be accurately positioned for a long time.The 

welded workpirece maintains a very high qualtiy and high yield.And because of the avoidance of sparks ,the workpiece don't need to add extra hole.
