CBN abrasive layer:

Substrate material:
High-strength 45# steel or aluminum alloy is used.
Binder:
Electroplated nickel is used as a binder.

High hardness and strong thermal stability, suitable for processing hardened steel, high-speed steel and other ferrous metals.
