Efficient Low Emission Particle Board PB OSB Low Temperature Belt Type Dryer

Belt dryers use low-temperature hot water, with a heat medium temperature between 50°C and 120°C, to dry wood shavings. These dryers offer the following advantages:
Low drying costs and the ability to recover waste heat for drying;
Dust emissions from the dryer are below 10 mg/Nm3, meeting the most stringent environmental emission standards;
Low-temperature drying eliminates the risk of ignition or explosion;
The wood shavings maintain their original shape, preserving the wood's natural color;
The dried shavings are smooth and flat, without curling, facilitating subsequent process control, such as glue mixing and paving.

Belt dryers can be used for drying the following materials:
Drying ordinary wood shavings for the production of standard particleboard or molded particleboard pallets;
Drying large OSB flakes for the production of OSB or surface-resistant LSB;
Drying sawdust for the production of biomass pellet fuel;
