What is a Square Airless Bottle?

It is an airless dispensing system housed in a square or rectangular-shaped outer container. Like all airless packages, it protects the contents from air, light, and contamination, but its square shape offers distinct visual and practical advantages.

How It Works (The Mechanism)

The technology inside is identical to a round airless bottle:

1. Internal Piston/Bag: Inside the square outer shell, there is a collapsible bag (or a piston with a follower plate) that holds the product.

2. Vacuum Pump: When you press the pump, it creates a vacuum.

3. Piston Movement: This vacuum causes the piston at the bottom to rise steadily.

4. Product Dispensed: The rising piston pushes the product up and out through the dispenser nozzle. No air enters the chamber, ensuring the product remains pure and stable.

The square shape is just the outer casing; the internal mechanism that moves the piston is designed to fit and function perfectly within that square footprint.
