Our VPD800 machine incorporates world-leading paper and nonwoven packaging technology, engineered for manufacturing moist towelettes in various sizes. Custom heater platens enable flexible production of different wipe dimensions.
Production Process
Complete automated workflow: Large packing film roll → cutting and folding → loading 8 non-woven rolls → folding → cutoff → wetting → sealing → bag cutoff → conveyor belt output.
