The pump features two symmetrical chambers with diaphragms connected by a center coupling stem. Compressed air enters through the inlet valve, pressurizing one cavity to move the diaphragm while exhausting air from the opposite cavity. At the movement endpoint, the air distribution system automatically redirects compressed air to the other chamber, creating continuous synchronized reciprocating motion.
This alternating action creates suction in one chamber while generating discharge pressure in the other, with ball valves ensuring unidirectional flow and preventing backflow for consistent medium transfer.
