Description:

Two tables, one table for loading and unloading, one table for cutting.

The machine non-stop. One machne used as two machines. Capacity is 9mm splint 300pcs/8hours.

1. Suitable for sofa factory use CNC technology to cut and drill irregular board accuragely.

2. Use intelligent 608 for control system. Files could be send throughmemory stick and net work, would save huge files. Actualize offline operate.

3. Drive parts use servo motor, The maximum speed of the machine is 50m/min, and the maximum processing speed is 30m/min.

4. Use cylinder to clamp the board, fast and accurate.


6. There is Dust-removal system on the table, guide rail and rack is fully enclosed, effecitvely improve the machine service life.


7. Frame and crossbeam are welding by thick steel tube.
