Water is very significant to all of us.
2-What is the hard water ?
Water has high Mg2+, Ca2+ contenting, which we called hard water, it will be precipitated MgCO3, CaCO₃ which can't dissolve in water , therefore incrustation is formed day by day.
3-What can soft water bring to us ?
Using soft water can avoid scaling problems of water pipe, spigot, floor heating. With soft water in bathing, skin will become soft and hair will get skinnier. Meanwhile, the stain of sanitary appliance, bath apparatus will disappear.

First stage pretreatment.(Sand filter)
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.
Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)
Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.
Third stage pretreatment (Resin softener)
Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water. So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane fouling. System can automatically recoil, and so is red.

There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly.

b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin: replaced about every 15 months. 25L/bag
d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month
e. Ro membrane: replaced about every 2 year
We suggest you buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges together with machine. Because these PP filter cartridges need to replace every month.
