Why do you need a iron manganese removal ?
The majority of the water extracted from the deep wells will carry mud, particulate matter, odor, can not be used directly, we do a good understanding of the well water in rural areas, the fundamental solution to the problem of the smell of water, the use of well water filter to Family a healthy environment. Mainly is to remove the iron and manganese ions in water.
How does iron manganese removal works?
The use of manganese sand, quartz sand, activated carbon catalysis, retention, adsorption, the original water inside the metal ions, impurities and odor transfer or removal, to meet the requirements of domestic water.
Pretreatment of this system
1.Raw water pump: provide pressure for pretreatment filter
2.Quartz sand filter: filtration the big particle in the source/well/underground water, and make water more clearer
3.Activated carbon filter: remove chlorine,colour,metallic,smell in the water after sand filter.
4.Manganese sand filter: remove iron and manganese ions in water.
5.Security filter: 5um filtration function, remoce the volume larger than 5um from water.
Filters flushing control hand can be optional(manual/automatic)

1.High pressure pump
2.RO membrane housing/vessel
3.RO membranes: remove more than 97% dissolved ions(salt,ca2+,Mg2+,metallic,corrosive ions... ) and bateria,virus...
4.UV/ozone: For powerful bateria killing

Consumbles details for this system:
1.Quartz sand:should be replaced every about 15 month
2.Activated carbon:should be replaced every about 15 month
3.pp filter cartridge:should be replaced every 1 month
4.ro membranes:should be replaced every about 24 month
