1. Product Description

Ultrafiltration (UF) is the most widely used membrane separation technology. It is mainly used for the separation of macromolecular substances in solution. It has excellent effects on turbidity reduction, sterilization and separation, concentration and purification of macromolecular substances. In the field of water treatment, it can be used to remove colloids, particles, bacteria, viruses, heat sources and macromolecular organics in the water to purify the water. A semipermeable membrane is a thin layer of material capable of separating substances when a driving force is applied across the membrane.

5	Water softener, demineralizer, or called Na+ exchanger	Adopt cation resin to soften water, cation resin will absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water, System can make resin intelligently regenerate, recycling
6	Security filter or pp filter, or called PP sediment filter	prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into UF membrane, accuracy is 5µm	Stainless steel housing or PVC housing
7	UF(ultrafiltration) system	It is mainly used for separation of substances at high molecular level. It has a very good effect on deeply lowering turbidity, clarification, sterilization and separation, concentration, classification and purification of macromolecular substances. In the field of water treatment, it can be used to remove colloids, particles, bacteria, viruses, heat sources and macromolecular organic substances in water and make water purified.

Replacement time of consumable partsThere are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly. (5000LPH)

a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15 months. 400kg/bag

b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 125kg/bag
c. Resin: replaced about every 15 months. 100L/bag

d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month , 20" x 5um

e. UF membrane: replaced about every 1year
We suggest you buy 1- 2 years consumption of PP filter cartridges together with machine. Because these PP filter cartridges need to replace every month to avoid bacterial breeding on its surface.
