Production Process Overview
This advanced dry process sodium silicate manufacturing system utilizes quartz sand and soda ash as primary raw materials. The automated production sequence includes precise batching, high-temperature firing, and controlled dissolving stages.
Raw materials are accurately weighed according to specific formulations and automatically conveyed into the furnace. At temperatures reaching 1350-1450°C, chemical reactions transform the materials into molten sodium silicate. The molten product undergoes air or water cooling to form solid glassy particles, which are then stored or cooled to ambient temperature for distribution.
Energy Efficiency Features
The integrated regenerative preheater system captures 1200°C flue gas to preheat air and gas to 1100°C and 900°C respectively, reducing exhaust temperatures below 180°C for significant energy conservation and operational cost reduction.
