Slurry sprays downward from the top of the spray tower through nozzles while hot air counterflows upward from the bottom, forming base powder after drying. The tail gas exhausts from the tower top after purification through primary and secondary hydro-dedusters, meeting emission standards.

Fine powder from the primary deduster returns to the tower, while water from the secondary hydro-deduster can be recycled after settling. Base powder at the tower bottom is conveyed to the air lifter via belt conveyor, forming stable base powder after air lifting and aging at low temperatures.
