Production Process Overview
Raw materials are precisely weighed according to formula specifications and automatically conveyed into the furnace. At temperatures of 1350-1450°C, chemical reactions transform the materials into molten sodium silicate, which is then cooled using air or water methods to form solid glassy particles ready for industrial use.
Energy Efficiency Features
The system incorporates regenerative preheating technology that utilizes 1200°C flue gas to preheat air and gas to 1100°C and 900°C respectively. This advanced heat recovery system reduces exhaust temperatures to below 180°C, delivering significant energy savings and operational cost reductions.
