Product Description
The semi-automatic spreader is designed for the handling of 20 ft & 40 ft ISO containers with single or double hook jib cranes, in ports or on vessels. The twistlocks are activated by landing and lifting the spreader from the container by the crane operator. No hydraulic or electric systems are needed. Standard and Heavy Duty Models are available.
Product Features
1. Semi-automatic container spreaders for 40ft/20ft standard container spreader adopts box-type end beam, so the structure is stable. The twist lock is leak proof structure, which protects the parts from rusting
2. Semi-automatic container spreaders for 40ft/20ft standard container spreader is four hoist points structure, which lighten the dead weight of the spreader, and enhance the stability of the spreader.
3. 20ft/40ft semi automatic container spreader adopt Heavy hammer type semi-automatic twist lock, manpower to turn the pin is no need any more, which highly improve the work efficiency and safety on spot.
4. Easy operation, stable structure, high work efficiency.
