The cooling tower body is constructed from high-quality fiberglass reinforced plastics with imported rubber coating materials, ensuring even coloration and resistance to fading or degradation. All steel structural components are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability. Injection molded parts are widely used for their corrosion resistance, high strength, lightweight properties, and easy installation.
The cooling tower features advanced water floating control technology, maintaining water loss below 0.001% through:
- Low-speed wind machines to minimize airborne water spray
- Waterproof sleeves on distribution pipes to collect spilled water
- Extended ground frame with PVC shutters to prevent water spillage
