The RX3 series box type resistance furnace is a standard energy-saving batch furnace designed for various heat treatment processes including quenching, tempering, annealing, and normalizing of metal components.

The thermocouple converts furnace temperature into voltage signals sent to the microcomputer temperature control regulator. The regulator compares these signals with programmed settings and outputs adjustable signals to control the trigger, which regulates voltage and temperature of the electric furnace.
- Remove iron filings and clean furnace base plate to prevent short circuits
- Workpiece weight must not exceed maximum load capacity of furnace base plate
- Ensure power is disconnected during loading and unloading operations
- Verify thermocouple positioning to avoid contact with workpieces
- Establish proper process parameters based on workpiece specifications
- Minimize furnace door openings and observe through viewing ports
- Position coolant nearby for efficient workpiece cooling after processing
- Use proper positioning and secure clamping when handling hot workpieces
- Follow prescribed baking procedures after furnace maintenance
