WQ-2190 water based acrylic emulsion

WQ-2190 water based acrylic emulsion is pure acrylic copolymer, WQ-2190 acrylic copolymer emulsion has advantages like fast drying, high hardness similar to Joncryl 8055, but it is more economically affordable.

WQ-2190 liquid acrylic is used for flexo and gravure water-based varnish and ink; aluminum varnish, wine labels and other varnish, in line with the requirements of cigarette packet VOC standards.

Our waterborne acrylic resin product series,is applicable to the production of high-performance flexo, gravure, and digital printing ink. Applications include paper, paper board, tobacco packaging, food packaging, dairy and pharmaceutical packaging, and ink, varnish produced for substrates of PE, BOPP, PET ,Good adhesion,good water resistance and scratch resiatance,excellent weatherability,etc.

• Water based over-printing varnish, water based ink

Storage Condition

The product should be stored in the closed container to avoid freezing and high temperature, if possible, it should be used within six months. Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
