Q1: How do you control your quality?

We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on

A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc

B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc

C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.

D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing.

Q2:Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Definitely yes, and it would be better with AI or PDF design files

Q3:Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Surely you can
We will make sample hats to you soon after details confirmed, and take pictures for your approval once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send it to you for better checking, but freight cost is yours

Q4:How is your sample time and mass production time?
Normally we just need 5-7 working days for sample
100-500 pcs, we just need 15 working days
500-3000 pcs,we just need 20 working days
3000-10000 pcs,we just need 25 working days
