Flexible Hexagonal Gabion Box 2.0-4.0mm Wire for Bank Control and Erosion Protection
Flexible steel mesh gabion boxes manufactured from mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal wire mesh, designed for effective bank control and erosion prevention applications.
Manufactured from heavily galvanized steel wire with mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal mesh. Mesh edges are reinforced with thicker selvedge wire for enhanced strength and simplified construction. Optional diaphragms can be fitted to divide gabions into cells, reinforcing the structure and facilitating installation.
Ideal for marine or highly corrosive environments, featuring additional protection with 0.5mm to 0.8mm thick PVC coating extruded over the heavily galvanized wire. PVC coating is applied prior to gabion mesh manufacturing.
