1. Check all components and open out the mesh panels
2. Lift side panels vertically and join using helical spiral with rotating action
3. Ensure formed end locks in place when fully engaged
4. Assemble all panel joints with helical connections
5. Repeat filling and stiffener wire installation until gabion is full
6. Close lid by joining with correct helical while ensuring top mesh bears down on rock fill
