Double twist hexagonal mesh cage / sack gabion for flood control
Sack Gabions are double twist hexagonal wire mesh units consisting of a single mesh panel laced to form a cylindrical unit. Mainly used in rescue operations and embankment blocking.
Sack gabion filled with stone makes a stable building material with good water permeability to prevent or control flood. Sack Gabions are filled with rock to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures used for emergency and river training works.

Applications
Sack gabion is widely used in emergent or river training projects, flood and embankment protection. Sack gabion can also be used in projects requiring fast installation with solid and durable structures.
Packing & Delivery
The common package is in bundle. After weaving hexagonal wire mesh, we cut the hexagonal gabion mesh into the right size the customer wants, add the selvage wire on the border of gabion cage mesh panel.
We bind the small piece of gabion mesh panel on the bigger gabion basket mesh panel, fold them together into flat pattern. Usually 90 to 100 PCS into one bundle. The outer package can be bare or used shrink film, as per customer's requirements.
The capacity for one twenty feet container would be 10,000 square meter.
