Cementing Tool Zinc Alloy Centralizer Spiral Vane
The fins or blades overlap the entire 360-degree open hole circumference and the reduced flow area between the spirals provides and creates a vortex motion that increases fluid velocity. Another benefit is that the extra length of the fins gives maximum centralization, high standoff and increases annular turbulence while the angle further enhances turbulence and removal of debris from around the casing. Even without rotation, the angled fins still induce turbulent flow for improved cutting and filter cake removal. All Centralizers are stove painted or coated with polyester powder.
