Non-API Standard Customized Sucker Rod Pump Description
Sucker-rod pumps are the pump used on sucker-rod lift type of artificial lift system.
The inner surface of the pump barrel is processed with carbonization quenching and chrome plating technology, the plunger surface is processed with thermal metal spraying technology. The pump ranges from Ф28 mm to Ф108 mm, and it has be formed a series products as sand control, anti-gas, heavy oil, deep pumping, inclined shaft, anti-corrosion and etc.
Puyang Zhongshi Group manufacture all subsurface pumps covered by API Spec 11AX, including all barrel and plunger materials and surface finishes.This is why our sucker rod pumps can be furnished with the components most suitable for your field of application and pumping operations can easily be extended to corrosive environments.
