Oilfield Downhole Tools Cementing Wiper Plug

The Float Equipment provides Landing platform to bottom cementing plug. Bottom Plug is pumped behind the spacer and ahead of cement slurry. It wipes the dispersed fluid from casing inner diameter and seats at float equipment. Rupture disk in Bottom plug is ruptured due to differential pressure, and cementing is performed into the annular space between casing and formation through created opening.

These plugs are completely PDC drillable.
Are available in Pressure Rating from 3,500 PSI up to 8,000 PSI
The top plug has a solid body that provides positive indication of contact with the landing collar
and bottom plug through an increase in pump pressure.
Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids
