Deep well oil sucker rod pump description:
Puyang Zhongshi Group manufacture all subsurface pumps covered by API Spec 11AX, including all barrel and plunger materials and surface finishes.
For the deep well, We researched and develop the suspension pump. This pump barrel uses a suspension structure, thus it improves the load bearing structure and makes the pump work in the deep well. The setting depth of pump could be 500-1500 meters deep. This pump has the following characteristics: to prevent bending, the pump uses the gap bridge structure, the barrel is suspended in the outer section and does not bear any pressure thus, not easy to bend.
Main parts process and material:
Pump barrel: plain carbon steel plating (A1), ordinary carbon steel carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2), low alloy steel nitride (B5).
Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2).
Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2), tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium carbide (C3).
Other accessories: plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials.
