Machine introduction

This machine RM-F550 is a new developed Router Machine. It is used to depaneling a whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual PCBa boards. The machine adopt a very stable platform to ensure the working precision, the working platform size is 300*350mm.

It has a larger platform option at 400*600mm.The machine provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming,also can detect the depaneling process.

1. To provide customers with high-performance, highly stable, and safe industrial equipment, using high-precision linear guides, control cards, and servo motors.
2. Four axis motion control based on high-resolution CCD vision, using dual platforms to increase production efficiency.
3. German brand wire spindle with a speed of 40000~60000rpm.
4. Taiwan's sea temperature brand guidance ensures the accuracy and smoothness of mobile systems.
5. Tool life monitoring. After cutting a certain distance, the tool will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.
6. Suitable for disassembling connecting plates of straight lines, arcs, and circles.
7. The PCB substrate is placed through two-stage continuous sliding processing, reducing waiting time and increasing production.
