Introduction:
This machine is a manual board loading machine automtic feeding balde moving separating machine, the main feature is the adopt the PLC control, using the motor to drive the boards to achieve automatic feeding, when the boards arrive the separating side, the inductor will send a signal to the PLC, so it will give a order to the balde, then the blade will move and start for depaneling. It's a more efficienct separator than the manual feeding V-Cut PCB separator, which can save much more boards feeding time, also the machine equipped with the ESD transporting belt, so the operator just wait for collecting the boards after separating.
