Machine introduction

The machine consists of cleaning, rinsing, drying, and filtering systems. Powered by electricity and compressed air, operators manually place the boards into the cleaning chamber. After setting the cleaning, rinsing, drying, and other relevant parameters on the touchscreen, they press the start button, and the boards are automatically cleaned, rinsed, and dried.

Once the set cleaning process is complete, the machine stops automatically and resets for the next operation, enhancing efficiency and quality. This equipment is a new type of high-performance fully automatic cleaning device. It uses water-based cleaning agents and DI water for rinsing, posing no safety hazards and causing no harm to personnel.
