High Efficiency PCB Lead Cutting Machine, 8/10inch Blade, Max 250mm Width

Introduction

This machine is used for cutting the extra feet/lead of PCBA after wave soldering, the machine mainly including two parts, the PCB fixing, and the blade fixing. The PCB is transported by the chain, fixed by the clamper on both side, and the thimble at the buttom of the PCB. After the blade is fixed and the height setted, the PCB will be transported for the automatic lead cutting. The blade rotate fast and stability,at the same time it's very low noise and high efficiency. Warp prevention device is equipped to ensure no damage on the PCBA boards.

Feature

1.This machine is to cut the lead legs on the pcb board in the THT Technologies after wave soldering or dip soldering components on the pcb.

2.The pcb board is clamps by the fingers feeding automatically inside the cutting machine on the stainless steel rail which ,improve the cutting stability .

3.In order to give longer lifetime of the blade, the pcb feeding speed and cutting speed can be adjusted according to the components leg sizes .

4.The pcb lead leg cutting machine equipped with cover safety sensor ,when the top cover open ,the blade will stop to run,which can prevent accidents ,such hand injury .
