Introduction

The whole machine assemblyed with high quality precision Hiwin linear guide and Airtec cylinder. The PCB or product which need to be soldered is fixed by the customized fixtures.
The machine with spot welding, pull welding,automatic cleaning and location corrective,reproduction,array,automatic positioning and so on. Also the machine is easy maintenance and operation, great improve the production efficiency.

1, 4Axis working, X/Y/Z and R rotation moving, achieve many angle soldering purpose.

3, The soldering head can be multi-directionally adjusted, which can protect the PCB and components from damage.

5, Use the Iron head as the base point to align the key position of the product, press the enter key, the program will automatically generate this point in the system,then setting the data about the point and so on.
6, Using high precision stepper motor and timing belt driven system, and advanced motion control algorithms to effectively improve motion positioning accuracy and repeatability.
7, The machine with automatic cleaning function, which can make the solder processing more stable, and extend the lifespan of the solderin iron.
8, With the handheld LCD teaching pendant, the programming is simple and easy to learn.
