400mm PCB Separator Cutter w/Adjustable Separating Width

Introduction

This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

Features

1.Controlled by microcomputer programs, with precise positioning and strong stability. Cut a single board within 0-480MM length with one knife;

2.The cutting speed of the board can be adjusted to high or low, with speeds of 500mm/S and 300mm/S. If the cutting speed is fast, it can improve product quality without burrs or burrs;

3.Knife wheel travel: 0-480mm (tool length can be customized).

4.Fine adjustment of the upper and lower heights of the cutting wheel: 0-2mm to adapt to various PCB board thicknesses, solving the problem of V-CUT slot depth on PCB boards. Adjustable height of the control panel: 0-50mm;

5.The cutting stroke can be set to a stop point according to the length of the board, which is manually set.
