Intorduction
This unit is used after the AOI, by recieving the upstream AOI signal, automatic collect the NG/OK boards separately to relevant magazine.
Features
1.PLC programing control.
2. Using friendly ‘soft touch’ LED membrane control panel
3.The outlet is equipped with an anti-ply plate sensor to protect the PCB from being fully pushed out and lifting the splint.
4.Pusher cylinder uses motor cylinder to push the PCB to the rack.
5.The equipment casing is all electrostatically sprayed, and the surface is durable and will not be painted.
6.The lifting platform is equipped with a working sensor and an extreme brake for double operation.
